KMUTT Epsilon Team
KMUTT Epsilon is a team which is committed to the invention and development ofelectric vehicles with an emphasis on energy-saving and practicality. Our team has been participated in the Shell Eco-marathon Asia Competitions in the Urban Concept Vehicle category for 2 years since 2019.
Team targets
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, the tournament organizer has canceled. Organizing the 2020-2021 races, our team took this opportunity to put the car for testing and collecting values. Bring the information to study more and use past work experience. Develop the design and build cars that are more efficient than last year. For use to participate in the Shell Eco Marathon Asia 2022, which hopes to be ranked 1-3 in Asia and represent Asia to compete in the next Driver World Championship Competition.
Papillon 01 car development
In 2022, we proud to present Papillon 01 car which renovating the body structure to a full monocoque and replacing the exterior surface of the car with carbon fiber. Resulting in lighter weight but still maintains the same strength Including adjusting the dimensions of the car, making the cross-sectional area of the car smaller to increase the rate of energy consumption and adjust the length of the car to increase in order to have more convergence.
